Associate, Finance & Strategy, Marketing (Fixed-Term)

Wolt is seeking an Associate to join the Finance & Strategy team, focusing on marketing operations. This fixed-term position offers an opportunity to contribute to the financial planning and analysis of Wolt's marketing investments across multiple countries and business lines.

In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining data pipelines that support weekly business reviews and forecasting tools. Key tasks include validating data accuracy, identifying and resolving inconsistencies, and simplifying data architecture to enhance efficiency. Additionally, you will utilize AI tools to automate and improve team operations.

The ideal candidate has 0–3 years of experience, with strong analytical and data-driven skills. Proficiency in SQL is required, and experience with Python or similar tools for automated data workflows is advantageous. A solid understanding of business fundamentals, proactive problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills in English are essential.
