Associate Director, Project Management
As an Associate Director of Project Management at Monks, you will lead the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, delivering digital, content, experiential, and print assets from strategy through execution. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion. You will oversee project teams, ensure the timely delivery of high-visibility campaigns, and maintain the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include developing comprehensive project plans with timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, operations, account management, strategy, and media, to ensure seamless project execution. Acting as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders, you will provide regular updates and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Additionally, you will oversee project budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure financial objectives are met.
The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of project management experience within an advertising agency or a related field. A background in fully integrated campaign management and experience across a variety of digital media is required. Strong understanding of advertising and marketing principles, excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential. Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as and/or JIRA, is strongly preferred.
Monks offers a competitive salary range of $95,000 to $110,000 CAD, along with excellent, full coverage medical, dental, and vision insurance.
