The role also involves championing a test-and-learn culture, driving experimentation across creative, audience segmentation, and bidding strategies to scale new opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in performance marketing or paid media, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding ROI-based goals. Experience in managing large-scale media budgets, deep expertise in performance platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager, and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau are essential. Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to evolving business needs are also required.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $101,250 to $130,000, depending on location, qualifications, and experience.
