Additionally, the Associate Director will lead and execute large-scale paid media campaigns across Google Ads, social media channels, and programmatic platforms, providing ongoing management and optimization with a heavy emphasis on tracking, automation, script creation, and reporting.

The ideal candidate should have over 8 years of digital marketing experience with deep expertise in Google Ads and social media campaign management. A history of end-to-end management of digital media campaigns is essential, along with exceptional presentation skills and the ability to communicate cross-functionally within a highly energetic team. The role requires a proactive, disciplined, organized, self-starter who is highly motivated and comfortable managing uncertainty and working independently. Excellent leadership, management, and organizational skills are also crucial.
