Associate Director, Media Analytics
As an Associate Director of Media Analytics at Monks, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our Data & Digital Media capabilities. This position involves delivering actionable insights at the intersection of business, site, and paid media data, contributing significantly to the evolution of our analytics services. In this client-facing role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing data pipelines and workflows to support reporting, forecasting, and measurement initiatives. Collaborating closely with client stakeholders, you will translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of cross-channel measurement frameworks and support test design and analysis to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as computer science, statistics, applied mathematics, economics, or engineering. Strong hands-on experience with SQL and data pipeline development (ETL/ELT) is essential, along with proficiency in working with large datasets in cloud environments like GCP or Databricks. A working knowledge of Python or similar languages for data processing or automation, familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Datorama, and an understanding of digital advertising measurement and attribution methodologies are also required.
