As an Associate Director of Media Analytics at Monks, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our Data & Digital Media capabilities. This position involves delivering actionable insights at the intersection of business, site, and paid media data, contributing significantly to the evolution of our analytics services. Your primary responsibilities will include designing, building, and optimizing data pipelines and workflows to support reporting, forecasting, and measurement initiatives. You will collaborate closely with client stakeholders to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations. Additionally, you will support test design and analysis to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for improvement, while contributing to the development of new analytics approaches, tools, and processes.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as computer science, statistics, applied mathematics, economics, or engineering. Strong hands-on experience with SQL and data pipeline development (ETL/ELT) is essential, along with experience working with large datasets in cloud environments like GCP or Databricks. Proficiency in Python or similar languages for data processing or automation, familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Datorama, and a solid understanding of digital advertising measurement, reporting, and attribution methodologies are also required.
