Associate Director, Media Analytics
Monks is seeking an Associate Director of Media Analytics to enhance our Data & Digital Media capabilities. This senior role focuses on delivering actionable insights by analyzing business, site, and paid media data, contributing to the evolution of our analytics services. The position is client-facing and emphasizes building and maintaining data pipelines, developing measurement frameworks, and supporting advanced analytics initiatives.
Key responsibilities include overseeing analytics delivery across client engagements to ensure high-quality outputs, designing and optimizing data pipelines for reporting and forecasting, and developing cross-channel measurement frameworks aligned with business needs. The role also involves collaborating with client stakeholders to translate data into strategic recommendations, supporting test designs to evaluate performance, and identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as computer science, statistics, or economics, along with strong experience in SQL and data pipeline development. Proficiency with large datasets in cloud environments like GCP or Databricks, working knowledge of Python for data processing, and familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau are essential. An understanding of digital advertising measurement and strong communication skills are also required.
