Associate Director, Media Analytics
Monks is seeking an Associate Director of Media Analytics to enhance its Data & Digital Media capabilities. This senior role involves delivering actionable insights at the intersection of business, site, and paid media data, contributing to the evolution of the company's analytics services. The position is highly client-facing and focuses on building and maintaining data pipelines, enabling measurement frameworks, and supporting advanced analytics use cases.
Key responsibilities include supporting analytics delivery across client engagements to ensure high-quality outputs, designing and optimizing data pipelines and workflows for reporting and forecasting, and developing cross-channel measurement frameworks. The role also involves collaborating with client stakeholders to translate data into actionable insights, supporting test design and analysis to evaluate performance, and contributing to the development of new analytics tools and processes. Additionally, the position requires identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and automation in data operations and working with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as computer science, statistics, applied mathematics, economics, or engineering, or have equivalent experience. Strong hands-on experience with SQL and data pipeline development (ETL/ELT) is essential, along with experience working with large datasets in cloud environments like GCP or Databricks. Proficiency in Python or similar languages for data processing, familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Datorama, and an understanding of digital advertising measurement and attribution methodologies are also required. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment are important.
The role offers a salary range of $125,000 to $150,000 USD.
