Associate Director, Media Analytics
The Associate Director, Media Analytics at Monks is a senior role focused on expanding the company's Data & Digital Media capabilities. Key responsibilities include supporting analytics delivery across client engagements to ensure high-quality outputs, designing and optimizing data pipelines and workflows for reporting and measurement initiatives, developing cross-channel measurement frameworks aligned with business needs, translating data into actionable insights for clients, supporting test design and analysis to evaluate performance, contributing to the development of new analytics tools and processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency and automation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
The role requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as computer science, statistics, applied mathematics, economics, or engineering, along with strong hands-on experience with SQL and data pipeline development (ETL/ELT). Candidates should have experience working with large datasets in cloud environments like GCP or Databricks, proficiency in Python or similar languages for data processing, familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Datorama, and an understanding of digital advertising measurement and attribution methodologies. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment are also essential.
