Associate Director, Forensic Technology & eDiscovery
Teneo is seeking an Associate Director to join its expanding Forensic Technology & eDiscovery practice in London or Manchester, United Kingdom. This role offers an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious professional to lead complex litigation, investigation, and regulatory matters across the full Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) lifecycle. The successful candidate will work alongside a high-performing team in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, contributing to Teneo's mission as a global CEO advisory firm.
In this role, the Associate Director will advise clients on best-in-class data governance, preservation, and defensible collection strategies across complex electronic stored information (ESI) and physical data environments. They will lead end-to-end eDiscovery engagements, from collection and processing through early case assessment, review, analysis, and production in Relativity. The position involves managing multiple concurrent projects under regulatory and court-imposed deadlines, overseeing data handling and analytics workstreams, and serving as a trusted day-to-day client lead. Additionally, the Associate Director will mentor junior professionals, contribute to business development efforts, and support proposition growth alongside senior leadership.
Candidates should have over eight years of forensic technology experience within a consulting environment, ideally from a strategy or management consultancy, Big 4, or corporate internal consulting function. Deep technical expertise across forensic technology and eDiscovery is required, with strong hands-on capability in Relativity, including data processing, early case assessment, review, analysis, and production. A Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) certification is mandatory, with Expert or Master-level certifications highly desirable. Strong client leadership skills, the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, strategic advice for non-technical stakeholders, and a proven track record in mentoring and coaching junior talent are essential.

The company provides opportunities for professional growth and development within a dynamic and supportive work environment.
