Hiive is hiring a Fund Services leader to join our growing Transaction Services team. Reporting to the Senior Director, Head of Fund Services, you will lead a team responsible for the operational delivery of Hiive's growing suite of private market funds across the full fund lifecycle, from set up through to close, ongoing investor relations, resales and distributions. You will work closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Product, and serve as a key escalatory point of contact for investors, external fund managers, and legal counsel.
This is a role for a strong fund operator and people manager who is comfortable working at a fast pace across multiple competing priorities. You will be stepping into a high-growth environment and helping build the processes, standards, and infrastructure that allow Hiive's fund business to scale.
