DEPT® is seeking an experienced Associate Director, Commercial Counsel to lead and optimize all contract-related processes within the Americas region. This role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, including Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Data Processing Agreements (DPAs), vendor, consulting, production, and talent agreements. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted legal advisor to the business, ensuring that contractual matters align with DEPT®'s strategic objectives and legal requirements.
