Associate Director - Biddable
The Associate Director – Biddable at WPP Media leads the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across paid search and paid social platforms. Key responsibilities include overseeing end-to-end execution of paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals. The role involves managing campaign strategy, setup, optimization, and scaling across Paid Search and Paid Social channels, with Programmatic experience considered an added advantage. Additionally, the Associate Director is responsible for leveraging data analytics to inform decision-making, optimizing budgets and bids, and mentoring a team of performance marketers.
Candidates should possess 7–8 years of experience in Paid Search, Paid Social, and performance marketing, with strong expertise in web analytics and conversion tracking. A deep understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads ecosystems, hands-on experience with bid management tools, and proven team management and leadership skills are essential.
