Associate Chemist - Environment Testing - Sun-Thurs, 2nd shift, 4pm-12:00am

Eurofins Lancaster Labs is seeking an Associate Chemist to join our GC/MS Volatiles team. This full-time position operates on the second shift, from 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM, Sunday through Thursday. Eurofins Scientific is a global leader in life sciences, offering a comprehensive range of analytical testing services to ensure the safety and authenticity of products across various industries.

The Associate Chemist will be responsible for maintaining and calibrating laboratory instrumentation, analyzing quality control and client samples, and reviewing data with a high degree of accuracy. Additional duties include evaluating and improving analytical systems to meet client and regulatory requirements, and performing tasks with minimal supervision.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related field, or have equivalent directly-related experience. Professional proficiency in English and authorization to work in the United States without restriction are required. Ideal candidates will have strong computer and organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and prior laboratory experience, particularly with GC/MS instrumentation and analysis.
