Associate Attorney

Tyson & Mendes LLP is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their Northern California team. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for developing compelling case strategies, managing court appearances, conducting depositions, and participating in trials. The role requires collaboration with attorneys and staff at all levels, maintaining professional communication with clients, and mentoring junior attorneys to contribute to the team's growth and success.

Candidates must possess a Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school and hold an active bar license in the state of California. The firm seeks individuals with 1–8 years of solid litigation experience, including case strategy, depositions, and trial preparation. Prior experience in insurance defense is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, along with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, is essential.

Tyson & Mendes offers a competitive compensation package, with a base salary ranging from $115,000 to $160,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
