Associate Attorney, Deal Intake

SRS Acquiom is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their Deal Intake group, which specializes in drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing engagement documentation for the company's shareholder representative services. This role offers the flexibility of a hybrid position based in Denver, Colorado, or a fully remote position within the Continental United States. Candidates residing within a 20-mile radius of Denver are expected to work in the office one day per week starting September 8, 2026, increasing to two days per week from February 1, 2027. Remote employees will be required to visit the Denver headquarters approximately three times per year.
