Associate Attorney

The Associate Attorney will manage a diverse caseload, including conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, and representing clients in court proceedings. Responsibilities encompass client consultations, case strategy development, and collaboration with paralegals and support staff to ensure comprehensive case preparation. The role requires active participation in depositions, mediations, and trials, aiming to achieve favorable outcomes for our clients.
Candidates must possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and be licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction. A minimum of two years of litigation experience, preferably in personal injury law, is required. Strong analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and a commitment to client advocacy are essential. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently and work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
