Associate Applied AI Engineer (Scale EMEA) - Orbit Program
Celonis, a global leader in Process Intelligence and Process Mining technology, is seeking an Associate Applied AI Engineer for their Scale EMEA team. This role is part of the 12-month Orbit Graduate Program, designed to fast-track careers in the SaaS industry through hands-on learning, mentorship, and a collaborative team culture. The program aims to develop essential Value Engineering skills and competencies, fostering strong, lasting relationships for career growth within Celonis.
As an Associate Applied AI Engineer, you will support the Scale Value Engineering team on customer engagements. Your responsibilities include collaborating with customers to identify core business challenges and determining how Celonis Process Intelligence can address their objectives and AI strategies. You will execute proof projects to showcase the value of Celonis Process Intelligence, prototype and develop AI solutions tailored to customer needs, and drive change management to ensure a positive return on investment. Building strong relationships with customers and collaborating with internal teams to influence product innovations are also key aspects of this role.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's and/or master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, AI/ML, Mathematics, or related fields, along with relevant work or internship experience. A passion for technology, data, and AI, coupled with a desire for continuous learning, is essential. Basic knowledge of SQL and/or Python is advantageous. The role requires the ability to think analytically and creatively, apply technology solutions to business problems, and effectively communicate with senior management.
