The Associate Analyst, Media Operations role at Monks involves supporting the hands-on activation of digital marketing campaigns across channels such as programmatic, social, and search. The Media Operations team focuses on effectively utilizing digital platforms to achieve media and business goals, ensuring consistency and governance in platform usage and activation activities. This position offers a remote/hybrid work environment, collaborating with clients and team members across the United States and internationally.
Key responsibilities include assisting in campaign planning, building, and ongoing management of clients' media efforts. The role involves supporting client communications, addressing requests and questions, and troubleshooting platform and media execution issues. Additionally, the Associate Analyst will partner with team members to maintain high standards of work and communication, including quality assurance of all media executions. The position also entails executing tasks across various media platforms, such as programmatic DSPs (DV360, TTD, Amazon DSP), ad servers (Campaign Manager), social buying platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit), and search engines (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, SA360).
Candidates should have a basic understanding of the digital marketing landscape and the ability to learn platform functionalities relevant to the team portfolio. Proficiency in tools like Excel or Google Sheets for data manipulation and analysis is important. Strong organizational skills are required to manage tasks and initiatives effectively, along with the ability to communicate with internal stakeholders and synthesize conversations. A proactive approach to learning new skills and collaborating within a dynamic team environment is essential.
