Arista Networks is seeking an Associate Account Manager to join our growing Sales organization in the Upstate and Western New York area. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals aiming to build a career in technology sales within a company renowned for its innovative networking solutions. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Sales Leadership team and Senior Account Managers to support internal sales functions and drive business growth.

Key responsibilities include conducting lead generation calls and email campaigns with key customer influencers to generate new meetings and sales pipeline. The role involves generating new opportunities for Arista's Software-Driven high-performance Data Center and Campus switching platforms, VeloCloud SDWAN, as well as DANZ Network Fabric Monitoring and Network Detection & Response security solutions. Additionally, the Associate Account Manager will assist in planning and coordinating quarterly field marketing events, track attendance metrics, and provide sales operations support, including sales quote assistance, order submissions, and billing issue resolution.

The ideal candidate will possess a BS/BA/BBA degree or equivalent, along with 2-3 years of technology sales experience. Previous experience in roles or internships in Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, or as a Sales Associate is essential. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels are crucial. A passion for technology and a solid technical acumen in areas such as Cloud, Networking, Virtualization, Network Security, Compute, SaaS/IaaS, Wireless (WiFi), and Network Monitoring are highly desirable. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment is also important.

The base salary for this position ranges from $67,000 to $87,000 annually, with the actual salary offered based on factors including skills, qualifications, relevant experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses, commissions, equity, and benefits such as medical, dental, vision, wellbeing programs, tax savings, and income protection.
