Associate Account Manager
Arista Networks is seeking an Associate Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team in the Bay Area. In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison between Arista and our clients, ensuring their networking needs are met with our innovative solutions. This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with experienced professionals and contribute to the growth of a leading company in data-driven networking.
As an Associate Account Manager, your primary responsibilities will include conducting lead generation calls with key customer influencers to present Arista's value proposition and generate new meetings for Field Account Managers. You will also be tasked with generating new opportunities for Arista's Software-Driven Data Center and Campus switching platforms, as well as our Cloud-based Wireless Wi-Fi solutions, DANZ Fabric Monitoring, and Zero Trust security products. Additionally, you will drive attendance to marketing events, assist in planning and coordinating quarterly field marketing events, and provide sales operations support, including sales quote assistance, order submissions, and billing issue resolution.
The ideal candidate will possess a BS/BA/BBA degree or equivalent, along with 2-3 years of technology sales experience. Previous experience in roles or internships in Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, or as a Sales Associate is highly desirable. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels are essential. A passion for technology and a solid technical acumen in areas such as Cloud, Networking, Virtualization, Network Security, Compute, SaaS/IaaS, Wireless (Wi-Fi), and Network Monitoring are also required. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment is crucial.
The base salary for this role ranges from $72,000 to $95,000, depending on skills, qualifications, relevant experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, this position is eligible for discretionary bonuses, commissions, equity, and benefits, including medical, dental, vision, wellbeing, tax savings, and income protection.
