In this role, the Assistant Studio Manager is responsible for overseeing daily studio operations, including inventory management, supply ordering, and operational tasks. They track daily business performance, support the execution of sales strategies to drive revenue, and ensure compliance with safety protocols and piercing regulations. Additionally, they maintain a consistent presence on the floor to guide the team and ensure an exceptional customer experience, actively support the resolution of customer concerns, and model service recovery when needed.
Candidates should have at least one year of retail management or customer-facing team leadership experience, demonstrating a track record of operational excellence. The role requires availability to work a flexible schedule of five days per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical requirements include the ability to stand for extended periods and lift and move up to 20 lbs. Comfort with handling chemicals and adherence to health and safety protocols are essential.
Compensation for this full-time position includes an hourly rate of $20.
