Assistant Store Manager - Macau
ALO is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our founding leadership team in Macau. This role is integral to bringing ALO's business strategy, premium guest experience, and operational excellence to life as we establish our flagship presence in the Macau market.
The Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for driving sales performance, leading and developing a high-performing team, and ensuring the store operates at the highest standard. Key responsibilities include overseeing sales and service initiatives, managing inventory accuracy, executing visual merchandising strategies, and maintaining a customer-ready store environment.
Candidates should have 3–5 years of retail leadership experience, preferably in a luxury or premium retail environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment are essential. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) is also required.
