Fever, a leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is seeking an Assistant Producer (Development) to join their Fever Originals team in London. This role focuses on coordinating the early stages of international production development, including venue research, site visits, and initial planning to prepare projects for greenlight. The Assistant Producer will collaborate closely with Production, Creative, Technical, and Project Management teams to ensure projects progress smoothly.

Key responsibilities include researching and identifying potential venues, supporting the preparation of materials for venue scouting, tracking development activities across multiple projects, and coordinating international travel logistics for site visits. The role also involves drafting hire orders for global designers, coordinating NDAs, preparing freelancer agreements, and managing purchase orders and invoices related to development activities. Additionally, the Assistant Producer will maintain and organize shared project drives and development documentation, ensuring key documents are accurate and accessible.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in live events or entertainment, preferably as a Senior Production Coordinator or Assistant Producer. Strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills are essential, along with proven experience in managing logistics, particularly international travel and accommodation. Experience in drafting freelancer contracts, NDAs, and commercial hire orders is also required. The candidate should be proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable working across international teams and time zones.
