Assistant Manager - Treasury
Eurofins is seeking an Assistant Manager - Treasury to join our dynamic finance team in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. The Assistant Manager - Treasury will be responsible for monitoring and managing the company's daily cash position to ensure adequate liquidity for operational needs. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing cash forecasting models to optimize cash flow, coordinating and executing cash movements such as transfers and payments, and managing relationships with banks and financial institutions. Additionally, the role involves negotiating banking services and fees, staying updated on banking products and industry practices, and developing investment strategies to optimize the company's excess cash. The incumbent will also identify and assess financial risks, including interest rate, foreign exchange, and credit risks, and monitor market trends and regulatory changes to proactively manage these risks and ensure compliance.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in treasury management, cash management, or a related financial role. Strong knowledge of treasury systems and banking is essential, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
