Proficiency in supply chain ERP systems, particularly Coupa, is essential for this role.
Candidates should possess 5 to 8 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain management within the Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) industry, specifically in hardline and softline testing sectors. The role demands strong problem-solving skills, a target-driven mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are crucial, along with a strong sense of responsibility and team spirit. Experience with modern negotiation tools, such as reverse auctions, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal and external customers are also required.
