Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, with over 8 years of experience in a similar administrative role. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks are essential. Experience in facility management within the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
