We are continuing our mission by building new, superior applications in emerging use cases as applications become increasingly integrated with AI.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. CREATIVE STRATEGY & CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT
- Support the development of creative strategies aligned with BJAK’s brand and business objectives.
- Translate brand positioning and insights into strong creative concepts and storytelling.
- Contribute ideas for integrated campaigns across digital, offline, and product touchpoints.
2. CAMPAIGN EXECUTION & CREATIVE QUALITY
- Lead day-to-day creative execution across campaigns, content, and brand initiatives.
- Ensure creative outputs meet quality standards, brand guidelines, and timelines.
- Work closely with designers, copywriters, and production teams to deliver effective creative.
3. CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION
- Collaborate with marketing, product, growth, and sales teams to align creative work with business goals.
- Support campaign planning and execution with clear creative direction and feedback.
- Help align messaging and visuals across channels for consistency and impact.
4. TEAM SUPPORT & MENTORSHIP
- Guide and mentor junior creative team members to elevate output quality.
- Provide constructive feedback and support creative problem-solving.
- Assist the Creative Director in managing workloads and priorities.
