Assistant Business Development Manager
The Assistant Business Development Manager at Eurofins plays a pivotal role in supporting the International Business Development Manager by managing international clients, developing business opportunities, and coordinating intercompany and regional activities. Key responsibilities include assisting in the management and maintenance of relationships with international clients and buyers, identifying new business opportunities, and preparing client proposals and commercial documentation. The role also involves facilitating coordination between local laboratories, regional offices, and global teams, supporting contract preparations, and tracking the progress of client requests to ensure timely execution.
Candidates should possess a minimum of 2–4 years of experience in business development, sales support, or account management, preferably in international or multi-country environments. Exposure to Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) services, the food/feed industries, or related sectors is highly desirable. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Food Science, Biotechnology, or related fields is required, with a master's degree or professional certification considered a plus. Fluency in English, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work in a multicultural environment are essential.
