Art Lead

BrainRocket is seeking an experienced Art Lead to join our dynamic team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a global company specializing in end-to-end tech products across Fintech, iGaming, and Marketing, we have rapidly expanded our presence in Cyprus, Malta, Portugal, Poland, and Serbia. Our team of 1,300 innovative professionals is dedicated to creating groundbreaking ideas and products.

In this role, you will lead the art team, providing constructive feedback and training to ensure the delivery of high-quality art materials from concept to final product. Collaborating closely with the Art Director, you will assess staffing needs and participate in the recruitment process. Your responsibilities will also include quality control and identifying opportunities for process improvements.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position, with a strong understanding of industry-standard practices, tools, pipelines, workflows, and the technical challenges of real-time development. Proficiency in various art styles, attention to visual details, and the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team are essential. A great artistic portfolio and effective communication skills in English are required.
