As an Art Director at Monks, you will join a dynamic creative team dedicated to a rapidly expanding communications brand. Your primary focus will be on developing social media content that resonates with current trends and cultural movements, particularly within the music, entertainment, and pop culture sectors. Collaborating with a diverse group of creatives, strategists, and account managers, you will oversee projects from initial concept to final execution.

Your daily responsibilities will include generating innovative ideas, producing static digital advertisements and video content, and participating in client meetings to present your work and incorporate feedback. You will also contribute to the design of presentation materials and key visuals, provide guidance during video production processes, and manage the execution of social advertising campaigns. Additionally, you will coordinate with project managers to organize and oversee creative outputs, ensuring timely delivery and quality.

The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of experience as an art director in a conceptual role, preferably within an agency environment. Proficiency in design and productivity tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Figma, and Google Suite is essential. Strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a deep understanding of social media trends and cultural nuances are also required. A passion for music, entertainment, and pop culture will be highly beneficial.
