Area Vice President, Business and Market Development – Mission Critical Infrastructure
As the Area Vice President of Business and Market Development for Mission Critical Infrastructure at LVT, you will lead the company's expansion into high-stakes environments. This role involves partnering with sales teams to identify and close high-value deals, positioning LVT's AI-driven solutions as the standard for hyperscale construction teams and top-tier general contractors.
Key responsibilities include designing and implementing a go-to-market strategy tailored to the compliance and security demands of mission-critical infrastructure. You will act as a subject matter expert, collaborating with sales representatives to deliver compelling value propositions, and serve as the face of LVT within the industry, leveraging a network of contacts across hyperscale owners and general contracting firms.
The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of the data center lifecycle, hyperscale construction requirements, and physical security challenges inherent in critical infrastructure. A proven track record of influencing complex, high-value enterprise deals, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to translate complex AI and hardware capabilities into clear ROI are essential. Additionally, a data-driven approach to identifying high-growth segments and optimizing vertical strategies is required.
The annual salary range for this role is $168,000 to $224,000, with total earning potential enhanced by a bonus structure tied to meeting goals.
