Optro is seeking a high-impact Player-Coach to spearhead our expansion across the APAC region. This is a unique "Founding Sales" leadership opportunity where you will be responsible for landing net-new logos while simultaneously building the regional infrastructure, team, and partner ecosystem from the ground up. You must be comfortable operating with high autonomy in an emerging market, effectively acting as the CEO of your territory within a global organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Direct Execution & Leadership: Act as a "Player-Coach," personally executing high-velocity deals to establish a market foothold while recruiting and enabling a high-intelligence, high-EQ sales team.

- Strategic Growth: Drive regional customer acquisition with a focus on net-new logos, while identifying opportunities for cross-sell and upsell as the footprint matures.

- Operational Excellence: Provide executive leadership for sales forecasting, territory assignments, and commission planning using a MEDDICC-based methodology.
