Area Director North Asia
The Area Director for North Asia at Lighthouse will lead the company's commercial operations in Japan and Korea, with an initial focus on Japan. Reporting to the Vice President of APAC, this role involves overseeing both sales and account management to drive revenue growth and customer retention. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales and account management within the hospitality or technology sectors, with experience in leading teams and driving revenue growth. Fluency in both English and Japanese is required, and proficiency in Korean is a plus. The role is based in the Greater Tokyo Area and offers flexibility with full-time remote or hybrid options.
