The AR eProcurement Associate at Eurofins Environment Testing in Barberton, OH, is responsible for processing invoices through clients' eProcurement portals and auditing client accounts to ensure all appropriate invoices have been submitted. This role involves preparing specialized invoice packages, submitting invoices in accordance with client requirements, and maintaining accurate records to facilitate timely and accurate billing.

Key responsibilities include preparing and submitting invoices through eProcurement portals, maintaining spreadsheets for tracking invoices, monitoring incoming purchase orders, creating purchase order acknowledgements, and coordinating with clients and consultants for necessary change orders. The associate also updates project managers on eProcurement issues and assists with client payment discrepancies.

Candidates should have at least two years of accounts receivable and customer service experience, basic accounting knowledge, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and exceptional written and verbal communication abilities. The ability to work independently and as part of a team, along with accurate data entry skills, is essential.
