Studs, a pioneering ear piercing and earring brand, is seeking an Apprentice Piercer to join their team in Atlanta, GA. Founded in 2019, Studs has rapidly expanded, offering a modern and safe ear piercing experience combined with a curated selection of on-trend earrings. As an Apprentice Piercer, you will undergo a comprehensive six-week paid training program that includes classroom instruction, observation, and hands-on experience. This program is designed to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform ear piercings safely and confidently. Upon successful completion, apprentices are eligible for part-time or full-time Associate Piercer positions at the Ponce studio.

Ideal candidates should have at least three years of relevant work experience, with a preference for those who have served as Medical Assistants or Phlebotomists. Full-time apprentices must be available to work up to five days per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, while part-time apprentices should be available for varying days and hours, including weekends and holidays. A minimum of 18 piercings per day is expected, along with the ability to perform advanced piercings and handle chemicals safely.

Compensation includes an hourly rate of $18 during the training period, with tips, and $24 per hour plus tips upon graduation.
