Application Support Specialist
BrainRocket is seeking an Application Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Belgrade, Serbia. In this role, you will provide Level 2 support for various business systems and software, including web applications, software APIs, corporate IT tools, and SaaS platforms. Your daily responsibilities will involve triaging and resolving incidents, managing service requests, issuing software licenses, and collaborating with engineering and product teams to perform root-cause analyses and implement preventive measures. Effective communication and a structured approach to incident management are essential.
The ideal candidate will have over three years of experience in application or technical support, with strong troubleshooting skills for web applications and familiarity with ticketing systems like Jira. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell is required, along with the ability to interpret logs and utilize monitoring tools like Grafana. A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are crucial.
