Application Support Specialist
BrainRocket is seeking an Application Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Warsaw, Poland. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and availability of business applications and systems utilized by internal teams. Your day-to-day tasks will include troubleshooting incidents, handling service requests, providing software licenses, processing payments, collaborating with engineering and product teams, and conducting root-cause analyses to prevent recurring issues. This position demands strong technical troubleshooting abilities, clear communication skills, and a structured approach to incident management.
The ideal candidate will have over three years of experience in application support, technical support, or service operations at a Level 2 capacity. Proficiency in troubleshooting web applications, familiarity with ticketing systems like Jira Service Management, and the ability to interpret logs using monitoring tools such as Grafana are essential. Experience with scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell, and an understanding of incident and problem management frameworks, particularly ITIL concepts, are highly desirable. Strong documentation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders are crucial.
