APAC Sourcing Senior Consultant - Sourcing + Real Estate + Facilities Management

Harbor is seeking an APAC Sourcing Senior Consultant to join our Vendor Governance and Sourcing (VG+S) team in Singapore. This role focuses on procurement services, real estate, and facilities management within the APAC region. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid capacity, combining in-office and remote work.

In this position, you will collaborate closely with project teams and client personnel to provide procurement services, facilitate requirements gathering, research best practices, and conduct data analysis to implement cost-saving and process improvement opportunities. You will also play a key role in real estate projects and in implementing a preferred vendor pool across the region, managing all stages of the procurement function from sourcing vendors to contract negotiation and vendor relationship management.

The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in a related consulting, strategic sourcing, facilities management, real estate, or project management role. Analytical experience, the ability to train, mentor, and lead project teams, and a desire to learn and grow are essential. Insight into local APAC region vendors, market knowledge, pricing, and contract terms is highly desired.
