Anti Fraud Officer - Review Aplikasi

is seeking an Anti-Fraud Officer to join our Credit Operations team. This role is pivotal in safeguarding our operations against fraudulent activities and ensuring the integrity of our application review processes.

The Anti-Fraud Officer will be responsible for managing and overseeing the entire anti-fraud and investigation process. Key duties include developing and implementing fraud prevention models, recovering losses due to fraud, and maintaining daily and weekly reports. The role also involves coordinating with other departments to enhance fraud detection mechanisms and monitoring team performance, providing coaching as necessary.

Candidates should possess a minimum of a Diploma degree in any field and have at least three years of experience as a fraud analyst, internal auditor, or in risk policy within banking, multifinance, or fintech sectors. Experience in personal loans, retail loans, or credit cards is preferred. Additionally, applicants should have field investigation and data analysis experience, along with a conscientious and responsible attitude.
