Analytics and Insights Manager
The Analytics and Insights Manager at Komodo Health plays a pivotal role within the Analytics & Insights team, focusing on delivering advanced analytics solutions to healthcare organizations. This position is integral to ensuring the delivery of high-quality analytics products and services, thereby driving client satisfaction, business growth, and innovation within the company.
Key responsibilities include managing the end-to-end delivery of analytics projects, from scoping and planning to execution and delivery. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Data Science, Engineering, and Product Management, to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, the manager addresses any concerns or issues that may arise during the project lifecycle and monitors project progress and performance, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Economics, or have equivalent practical experience. A minimum of 3-6 years of experience in healthcare analytics or a related field is required, with a proven track record of delivering analytics solutions to clients. Strong project management skills, experience leading cross-functional teams, and managing client relationships are essential. Additionally, excellent communication and presentation skills are necessary, along with proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R.
The position offers a competitive salary range, with annual base pay between $129,000 and $165,000 for roles based in the San Francisco Bay Area and New York City, and between $112,000 and $145,000 for all other U.S. locations.
