The Analytical Service Manager (ASM) at Eurofins serves as the primary liaison between clients and the laboratory, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery. Candidates should possess a minimum of two years of experience in a laboratory setting as a technician or assistant, or within a laboratory's internal customer service department. A higher education degree in fields such as food technology, chemical technology, chemistry, biotechnology, or environmental protection is required. Proficiency in English at a communicative level (C1) and a strong command of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word) are essential. The role demands excellent communication skills in various languages, strong organizational abilities, the capacity to prioritize tasks, teamwork orientation, and the ability to perform under pressure. Familiarity with the PN-EN ISO 17025:2018 standard, experience with LIMS and CRM systems, and knowledge of additional languages like German, French, or Portuguese are advantageous.
