Analytical Documentation officer
Azurity Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Analytical Documentation Officer to join our Research and Development (R&D) Analytical Review team in Hyderabad, India. This team plays a pivotal role in product development across various dosage forms, encompassing analytical method development, stability studies, and method verifications at Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs) and Contract Testing Laboratories (CTLs). The Analytical Review team is responsible for coordinating the preparation of essential analytical documents, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Certificates of Analysis (COAs), Analytical Test Procedures (ATPs), Specifications, and Methods of Analysis.
In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and uploading SOPs, Specifications, and Methods of Analysis into the Document Management System (DMS). You will conduct training sessions on good documentation practices and ensure the archival of general analytical documents. Additionally, you will notify the analytical team of pharmacopeia updates and prepare corresponding assessment reports. Proficiency in electronic DMS systems and the ability to track document review and approval processes are essential for this position.
The ideal candidate will hold a graduate or postgraduate degree in Pharmacy or Science and possess a minimum of five years of experience in pharmaceutical analytical R&D or Quality Control. A strong understanding of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP) is required. Experience with electronic DMS systems and proficiency in both written and spoken English are also necessary.
