Analytical Chemist - Rapid Turnaround Lab
Eurofins Scientific is seeking an Analytical Chemist to join our Rapid Turnaround Lab team in Kalamazoo, Michigan. As a global leader in life sciences, Eurofins provides a unique range of analytical testing services across multiple industries, ensuring the safety, authenticity, and accurate labeling of products worldwide.
In this role, you will operate analytical instruments such as plate readers, microplate washers, and automated workstations. Responsibilities include handling liquid samples with micropipettes, preparing analytical samples and assay reagents according to established procedures, and performing biological assays like qPCR and ELISAs. You will also determine protein levels in monoclonal antibody samples and assist as a secondary operator during assay transfers.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field with 2-3 years of industry experience, or a Master's degree with academic research experience. Hands-on technical laboratory experience in analytical chemistry, including HPLC, is required. Authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship is necessary.
