Analytical Chemist I

Eurofins is seeking an Analytical Chemist I to join our team in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. The Analytical Chemist I will perform a variety of tests using chromatographic systems, including HPLC, IC, and GC, as well as other analytical techniques such as UV/Vis spectroscopy, Karl Fischer titration, and dissolution testing. Responsibilities include executing specialized analyses, method transfers, and feasibility testing, along with accurate documentation to maintain GMP compliance. The role also involves troubleshooting instrumentation issues and producing written reports like SOPs and client reports.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in chemistry, analytical chemistry, biochemistry, or a related field, with at least two years of pharmaceutical experience in a cGMP environment. Proficiency in HPLC and validation processes is essential. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Excellent communication skills and adaptability are also important.
