Agoda is seeking an Analyst or Senior Analyst to join its Customer Marketing team in Bangkok, Thailand. This role focuses on developing scalable, data-driven marketing programs aimed at enhancing customer lifetime value. The team comprises analysts, marketing strategists, and data scientists who collaborate to drive innovation and growth.
Key responsibilities include experimenting with advertising structures and bidding strategies on platforms such as Google, Bing, Tripadvisor, and Trivago. The role involves analyzing data from these experiments to develop predictive models and working with product teams to implement findings. Additionally, the position requires building dashboards to monitor performance, deriving insights, and presenting recommendations to stakeholders.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field such as computer science, mathematics, engineering, business, or science. A minimum of two years' experience in data analysis within top-tier consulting, investment banking, private equity, or strategy/business roles in a fast-growing global tech company is required. Proficiency in data analysis tools like SAS, R, SPSS, Python, VBA, SQL, and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is essential. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are also important.
