Analista Júnior | Legal Back Office (Contencioso Cível)
As an Analista Júnior in the Legal Back Office (Contencioso Cível) at XP Inc., you will be integral to managing judicial processes and supporting the company's legal operations. In this role, your primary responsibilities will include handling judicial requests received by the company and related activities. This involves soliciting information from various departments to support legal proceedings, maintaining constant interaction with other areas to understand the diverse business lines of XP Inc., and interfacing with partner law firms for procedural activities such as obtaining copies, processing payments, and fulfilling obligations. Additionally, you will be responsible for registering, updating, and approving processes and workflows in the Espaider system, organizing documents and folders in the network and NetDocuments, updating spreadsheets, and managing the payment flow of guides and invoices.
Candidates should have prior experience in law firms, companies, or banks, preferably in the Civil Litigation area. Strong oral and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to handle multiple simultaneous demands. An active, agile, organized, and committed profile is highly valued.
