Alternance - Chef de projet RSE (x/f/m) - Septembre 2026
Doctolib is seeking a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Project Manager Apprentice to join our Social Impact team in September 2026. This team is dedicated to advancing our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives across three key pillars: People, Product, and Planet. As part of a multicultural environment, you will contribute to transforming healthcare in France, Germany, and Italy.
In this role, you will assist in evaluating and highlighting Doctolib's impact on healthcare professionals, patients, and health systems. Your responsibilities will include contributing to the development of our fourth Impact Report through data collection, analysis, and inter-team coordination. Additionally, you will support our climate objectives by calculating our carbon footprint and implementing our carbon reduction plan in collaboration with key internal stakeholders. Keeping abreast of environmental best practices, emerging trends, and regulatory developments will be essential to ensure Doctolib remains proactive and compliant in sustainability matters.
The ideal candidate is pursuing a Master's degree and seeks a final-year internship. You should have prior academic or professional experience in ESG, communication, project management, or related fields. Strong organizational skills, proactivity, and the ability to work autonomously are crucial. Fluency in both French and English is required, and an interest in community engagement and internal communication is advantageous.
Doctolib offers a comprehensive onboarding program through the Doctolib Academy, along with various training sessions within your team covering languages, soft skills, and technical competencies. Employees benefit from a Swile card and numerous on-site dining options, a sports package including an Urban Sports Club membership and free classes, 50% reimbursement of transportation costs, and access to collaborative and wellness spaces in our offices. We also provide a flexible work policy with a hybrid model.
Joining Doctolib means becoming part of a team committed to improving healthcare access for all. We value diversity and inclusivity, evaluating candidates based solely on qualifications and motivation. If you're ready to contribute to meaningful ESG initiatives in a dynamic and supportive environment, we encourage you to apply.
