Doctolib's Global Talent Acquisition team is seeking a Campus Recruiter Intern to manage the recruitment of interns and apprentices across various business units in France, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, People, and Legal. This role involves close collaboration with other People teams, such as HR Operations and Talent Acquisition Excellence, to attract, engage, and retain top talent.

Key responsibilities include overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process: gathering hiring needs from managers, posting job openings, screening resumes, and managing candidate relationships up to the hiring date. The intern will ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the process, closely monitor applications in partnership with managers, conduct post-internship evaluations to assess satisfaction, and contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and key performance indicators.

The ideal candidate is a Master's student seeking an apprenticeship, with prior experience in recruitment through internships or apprenticeships. Strong interpersonal and written communication skills, organizational abilities, and initiative are essential. Proficiency in French and professional-level English is required. An interest in the healthcare and/or tech sectors, as well as experience in event organization or community engagement, would be advantageous.
