Allround Technisch Medewerker
Eurofins Agro is seeking an Allround Technisch Medewerker to join our Technical Service team in Wageningen. As a leading provider of agricultural analyses, we support farmers and growers worldwide in producing high-quality, sustainable food. Our team is dedicated to maintaining and improving production and laboratory equipment, central facilities, buildings, and grounds.
In this role, you will perform both mechanical and electrical (control) technical tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our machinery and production processes. Your day may start by checking the Building Management System for alerts, addressing any immediate issues, and continuing with scheduled maintenance tasks. You will also respond to equipment malfunctions in the laboratory, collaborating with operators to resolve problems and proposing improvements to prevent future occurrences.
We require candidates with an MBO-level education and experience in E&I, WTB, or Mechatronics. Strong communication skills in Dutch, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team are essential. Willingness to participate in on-call services after 1 to 2 years is also expected. Experience with maintenance management systems like McMain, as well as skills in turning/milling, TIG welding, control technology, pneumatics, electrical work, and building management systems, are highly valued.
We offer a maximum gross monthly salary of €4,630 based on full-time employment and experience, along with an 8% holiday allowance and a 0.75% year-end bonus. Our benefits include a good pension and leave scheme, access to the GoodHabitz learning platform, training and growth opportunities, overtime pay, 25 vacation days plus 10 ADV days (based on full-time), and a 12-month contract with the intention of permanent employment.
